If any of my neighbors watch my house, they would know that I don't have men frequenting my place. But, if they had only started watching my house this weekend, I wonder what the neighbors would think! Three men in two days?! Oh my! LOL.
The brakes were going out on the van, so my mom's best friend (besides her husband, of course) came over to fix the brakes for me. The shop was going to charge me $300! UGH! But Mark came by and did it for under $100 and in less than an hour! Woo hoo!
Mac came by this weekend and we went for coffee and conversation. Always an interesting time.
And my friend Matt stopped by for a few hours to visit and catch up. He is a music trivia genius! He knew everything and everyone! Wow! Good chat.
In between the guys coming by, I managed to get a mild case of heat stroke. Now I know why they call it heat "stroke"! I had it bad. I knew it was bad when I started getting naseous. It took a quick trip to the bathroom tub and a lot of cold-ass water to get me cooled down. OMG..... DON'T mow your lawn during the peak heat index hours! Lesson learned!!
