It is very frustrating that I lost all the entries of my old journal. C’est la vie! Just when you get going on something, you are forced to a halt. But the price for keeping it going was too great. So, here’s to starting over.
Alex was gone last week to her dad’s, so Justin and I took it upon ourselves to clean her room. I seriously thought she would be pissed. I figured that she wouldn’t talk to me for a couple days, at least! BUT, when she came home and saw her room, she told me “You know what’s funny? I was thinking about cleaning my room this week.” She was actually happy about it. We went through 4 bags of TRASH cleaning that room! Now, she just needs to vacuum it.
As for finishing the rest of the housework. Well, that’s the plan for today.
