Oh, how I love Charles McVey! A local musician that totally knocks my socks off! (Do people still say that? LOL!)
Tonight, my friend Kim and I hit Lazio's to see this rising star. How many ways can I say "I LOVED IT!"? I absolutely love a man who can sing, and one who can play as well is even more loveable. I have had his new CD called "Modern Living" for quite some time. Eventually, I'm going to have to get another copy because I'm sure I'm wearing this one out. LOL. Kim picked up a copy for herself. She also scored a CD of the opening musician, a young lady named Katlyn Conroy. Kim said that Conroy sounded like Edie Brickell (& the New Bohemians).
