Where's the Beef?

Now, I'm no chef, but I do like to cook if it's for a LOT of people. It's hard and boring cooking for just me and Alex. She's soooo picky!

Every month, a bunch of women get together to play Bunko. I'm sure I've mentioned that before. Well, my home is not suitable to hold 3 tables and 12 women, and it's "A.I." season, so I'm opting out until the season is over. Anway, my friend Sheri is hosting this month, and the hostess always makes dinner for everyone. I told her that since I could not host, I would love to cook for HER Bunko party.

On tonight's menu: Green Leaf Salad, Garlic Bread, Manicotti, and for dessert they are having meringue shells filled with blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream! YUM!

Damn this American Idol addiction!!
