Birthday!! Yeah!

My birthday isn't until Wednesday, but the "So You Think You Can Dance" finale is on that night, and I've been watching the whole season! I can't miss it! UGH! So instead of celebrating my birthday on Wednesday, Justin and I celebrated it on Saturday. It was very cool.

First of all, Alex was having a sleep over. Two of her friends came over and they were hanging out. I made dinner for everyone, and just as I was done, Justin came to take me out for dinner. BUT FIRST, presents. I LOVE presents!! I got a corning ware set that I asked for (cause I bake a LOT of stuff!). I also got a CD of the "Killers" who sing 'Mr. Brightside' and 'Somebody Told Me (that you had a boyfriend, who looked like a girlfriend that I had in February......)'. THEN, I also got a DVD of my absolute FAVORITE comedian!! Here's the link to his web site:On A Stick. If you've never heard of Jeff Dunham, you are REALLY missing out on something! He is absolutely HILARIOUS!!! Now, as if that weren't enough, I also got THREE NEW MYSTERY BOOKS!!! Whew! I think somebody likes me, don't you?? huh? huh?

So, we left the girls with STRICT instructions NOT to burn the house down and to put their dishes in the sink when they were done eating. Justin and I headed off to Carlos O'Kelly's. YUMMY! The food was great, and we laughed our ASSES off, as usual! The funniest times we have are while we are eating and driving in the car. Crazy, huh? It was a lot of fun. Afterwards, of course, we went out for coffee and laughed some more!

Back to my house we went. I told the girls we would only be gone a couple hours, which we were. We took the girls to the coffee house and dropped them off for about an hour while Justin and I went to Barnes & Noble to find a "dating" journal. It's kinda like a little scrapbook but you get to write in fun little stories and facts about how you first met and stuff like that. Now, you might find that silly, but sometimes you have to revisit the past in order to see the future, or even the present!! As we were filling in the blanks, we just sat and retold old stories and things that happened but were not appropriate to record on paper. Some stuff was embarrassing, but most of it was just too crazy to write down.

So, the whole evening was pretty cool.We had so much fun, it was unbelievable! Thanks Justin. I love you!
