Another party tended to! Congratulations to Darrin & Sarah! Don't ask me their last name. I don't pay THAT much attention. Just get in, set up, keep dirty dishes picked up, and then take decorations down when the party's over. If you don't already know, I work for a wedding/event planner on the side. This is the 3rd wedding reception I've done in the last 3 weeks! I'm tired!! LOL.
Tuesday is my birthday!! I'm so excited. I know my mommy isn't getting me anything. That's okay. I have this brand new cool computer from her husband. Plus, she has helped me out with paying for my car repairs a couple times already this year. Thanks Mommy!! I love you!! I wonder what else I will get for my birthday?? I know one thing I'm getting. A new driver's license. Mine expires this year. I'm nervous. I've only had one good picture on my license, and I hate that I have to give it up. :( So sad. I mean, how many times does your picture actually turn out GREAT on your license?? Not often. And mine is GREAT!!
School starts Wednesday. Alex is very excited. She doesn't really have very many friends. She definately doesn't have any friends (in her age group) that she hangs out with. I mean, we have friends. But, SHE doesn't have her OWN friends. That's okay with me though. At least for now. During school she hangs out with all kinds of people. The one thing that I respect most about Alex's outlook on people is that she doesn't pre-judge. It's such a rare quality in kids today. She has asked me before what I would think if she dated an African-American or even another girl!!! LOL. I always tell her the same thing. "I don't care who you date, as long as they respect you. You can't help who you love. It's not like you choose who to love anyway. It just happens."
I am so happy right now. I'm happy with work, happy with my relationship status (which is just an FWB relationship), happy with my family, and simply overall high on life.
Well, it's been a long night. I just got out of the shower. I'm going to read and go to sleep.

Okay then!! This much I know (Another party attended to!). Is that all there is or might we be hearing about this party sometime in the not so distant future? Or are you simply leaving us hanging on purpose so that we don't sleep at night?

You hit on the key word as far as relationships of any kind are concerned -- Respect....if it isn't there then get out fast (someone is just using you for their own gain).
